Terms of Use

The rules that apply when you use TeamUp.

Effective date: 27 September 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TeamUp, including the TeamUp web app and the TeamUp mobile app, operated by Golden Info Systems Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). By signing in to or using TeamUp, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use TeamUp.

1. Eligibility and account access

  • TeamUp is provided for employees of organisations ("Employers") that subscribe to TeamUp.

  • Accounts are created and managed by your Employer's administrator. You cannot sign up on your own.

  • Your login details are issued by your Employer's administrator. Keep them confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

  • Your Employer's administrator may suspend or end your access at any time, including when your employment ends.

2. What TeamUp is for

TeamUp gives employees access to HR services provided by their Employer, which may include:

  • Checking in and out, and viewing attendance

  • Applying for leave and viewing leave balances

  • Viewing payslips, tax certificates and employment information

  • Requesting loans, settlements and expense claims

  • Receiving announcements, notifications and messages from the Employer

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use TeamUp only for its intended purpose and not to:

  • Use TeamUp for anything unlawful or against your Employer's policies

  • Try to access any account, data or system you are not authorised to use

  • Interfere with or disrupt TeamUp, its servers or networks

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile or try to extract TeamUp's source code, except where the law allows

  • Upload harmful code, viruses or malicious content

  • Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your connection with your Employer

  • Use TeamUp to harass, abuse or harm anyone

4. Employer-controlled data

  • Your Employer's administrators can view, manage and, where applicable, edit or remove data in your account.

  • We process this data on behalf of your Employer. Questions about how your organisation uses your data should go to your Employer first.

  • Your use of TeamUp is also subject to your Employer's internal HR policies.

5. Intellectual property

All content, features, trademarks, logos and functionality of TeamUp (excluding data you or your Employer submit) are owned by Golden Info Systems Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of TeamUp without our prior written consent.

6. Privacy

Your use of TeamUp is also governed by our Privacy Policy at staging.hrmbangladesh.com/privacy-policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your information.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep TeamUp available and working properly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of TeamUp for maintenance, updates or other operational reasons.

8. Termination

Your Employer's administrator or we may suspend or end your access at any time, including for breach of these Terms or when your employment ends. When access ends, your right to use TeamUp stops immediately. Terms that by their nature should survive, such as intellectual property and limitation of liability, continue to apply.

9. Disclaimers

TeamUp is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golden Info Systems Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of, or inability to use, TeamUp.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golden Info Systems Ltd., its affiliates, officers and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of TeamUp.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of TeamUp after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
